I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with many years of experience working with teens and adults. The foundation of my practice is nonjudgmental empathy and the belief that we all have the innate ability to develop the skills we need to heal and create a life worth celebrating. Together, we will think about what is working well in your life, figure out what is holding you back, and develop an action plan towards happiness and well being.
While I have formal training and certification in several treatment modalities, I realize that there is no such thing as a one-size-fits all approach to psychotherapy. Once we’ve established that we’re a good fit, we’ll explore and tailor a treatment plan that fits your needs and personal goals.
In addition to clinical practice, I draw from personal experience as a survivor of Postpartum Depression, motherhood, and caring for aging parents. I use creativity, kindness, and at times, humor to meet you where you are and move with you through the process of change.
